• Collaborate with architect and contractor to make client’s vision a reality

• Selection of materials and finishes, such as flooring, tiles, paint, etc.

• Selection of appliances, plumbing fixtures and equipment

• Custom design kitchens and bathrooms including structural and cosmetic changes

• Document design with CAD drawings and required schedules for construction

• Selection of furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories. This can include designing custom pieces as needed.

• Design of window treatments appropriate to interior and environmental factors

• Art consulting

• Paint and wallpaper selections

• Millwork design and procurement
